    With Chuangjie Power's patented technology, the company independently developed a closed pump-controlled direct drive system, which eliminates the overflow valve, steering valve and other vulnerable valve control components and energy loss, greatly improving the energy saving effect.

    Chuangjie intelligent hydraulic pumping unit is composed of two parts: the host control system and the hydraulic cylinder. The host control system and the hydraulic cylinder are connected by hydraulic oil pipes to form an efficient working unit of "one-to-two" that synchronizes two oil wells. At the same time, it is an intelligent hydraulic complete set of equipment that realizes automatic operation, remote control and intelligent monitoring by the intelligent control system. The equipment uses the original hydraulic seesawprinciple to significantly reduce energy consumption.

    Possessing independently developed ultra-high pressure equipment and ultra-high pressure sealing technology.

    Combined seal layout effectively improves the life of the main seal. The main seal is arranged in a coaxial combination with an independent compensation function. Multiple wear-resistant carbon fibers are distributed axially, and the friction pair gap is stable. The structure is designed with leakage collection channels to extend the maintenance cycle of the hydraulic cylinder. The dustproof device isolates external pollution and ensures the safety of the seal ring.

Mr. Liu Bin has been deeply influenced by his uncle, Mr. Liu Qinghe, since he was a child.

As the founder of the hydraulic discipline of Harbin Institute of Technology, Mr. Liu Qinghe has devoted his life to the research and talent training of hydraulic technology and is known as a master in the field of hydraulics. Under the influence of his uncle, Mr. Liu Bin has been exposed to and deeply studied hydraulic knowledge since he was a child, and has accumulated rich experimental experience, laying a solid foundation for his future breakthroughs in the field of hydraulic technology.

In 2014, Mr. Liu Bin achieved groundbreaking results in the research and development of hydraulic technology, marking his outstanding achievements in this field. Since then, he has led the R&D team through eight years of unremitting efforts, continuously breaking through core technologies, breaking the shackles of traditional thinking, and daring to innovate. With the support of the company's strong R&D funds, the team successfully implemented the implementation of two key technologies of hydraulic pumping units in 2018 and obtained patents.

After five years of continuous experiments and actual verification in major oil fields, the equipment has demonstrated excellent performance, stable technology, and significant energy-saving effects, becoming a truly professional, sophisticated, unique and innovative product. This achievement has not only been highly praised by major scientific research institutes, but also recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Department of Science and Technology.
