Overview

Chuangjie Power Technology Development Co., Ltd. independently developed a closed pump control direct drive system, which eliminated vulnerable parts such as reverse flow valves and steering valves, reduced energy loss, and the overall system efficiency exceeded 85%. Chuangjie intelligent hydraulic pumping unit is a new generation of intelligent pumping unit that integrates mechanical, automatic control, hydraulic, computer technology, and communication technology. It has the advantages of high degree of digitization, precise control, strong flexibility, high efficiency and energy saving, simple operation, and low cost.

At present, Chuangjie's new intelligent hydraulic pumping units include five models: T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5; among them, the T1 intelligent hydraulic pumping unit replaces the beam pumping units of types 1 to 4, the T2 intelligent hydraulic pumping unit replaces the beam pumping units of types 5 to 8, the T3 intelligent hydraulic pumping unit replaces the beam pumping units of types 9 to 12, the T4 intelligent hydraulic pumping unit replaces the beam pumping units of types 14 to 16, and the T5 intelligent hydraulic pumping unit replaces the beam pumping units of types 18 to 24.

Principle

The new intelligent hydraulic pumping unit consists of two parts: the main engine and the hydraulic cylinder (bracket). The main engine and the hydraulic cylinder are connected by hydraulic oil pipes to form a complete working unit for two oil wells. The main engine includes servo hydraulic power motor, bidirectional quantitative pump, hydraulic oil cylinder and other devices.

After starting up, the servo hydraulic power motor drives the bidirectional quantitative pump, which directly drives the cylinder body to move. The downward acceleration causes the cylinder rod of one hydraulic cylinder to move downward, and at the same time drives the cylinder rod of another hydraulic cylinder to move upward, just like the lever movement of a seesaw.

During the descent of the hydraulic cylinder rod and the pumping rod, energy is released under the action of downward acceleration, and is transferred to the rising hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic oil through the bidirectional quantitative pump to drive the cylinder rod to rise. Through this original "hydraulic seesaw" principle, the energy required for the cylinder rod to rise is greatly reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving.

Chuangjie intelligent hydraulic pumping system can realize multiple pumping units working simultaneously in a small area through "one-to-many" cluster control technology, and each well can independently control the operating parameters, thus achieving efficient and intensive utilization of energy, land and other resources.

The equipment can be operated in a single well through the self-generating energy storage device.





Using the "seesaw" principle, the servo motor controls the direction conversion, recycles the gravitational potential energy released by a descending cylinder rod, and transmits the kinetic energy to another ascending cylinder rod through a bidirectional hydraulic pump to complete the reciprocating lifting.

Through system settings, Chuangjie intelligent hydraulic pumping units can realize the alternating up and down movement of multiple groups of hydraulic cylinders, allowing multiple pumping units to work simultaneously in a smaller area, that is, one-to-many cluster control technology.

It consists of components such as counterweight, hanging rope, rope hanger, guide rail, hydraulic drive equipment, etc. The counterweights set on both sides of the walking beam are connected through the hydraulic drive equipment, and the counterweights and the walking beam are connected through the guide rail. The driving equipment pushes and pulls the counterweights, and uses the forward and reverse rotation of the motor to control the flow and direction of the hydraulic oil according to the "hydraulic seesaw principle". This produces automatic and reversing, and realizes reciprocating motion.
The hydraulic transformation technology of the walking beam machine can achieve energy saving of more than 50%.

The oil rod load and oil rod displacement are collected by sensors, and the power diagram data can be collected in real time, which is smart and fast.
